This career path gave him the opportunity to meet many custom builders and developers, including Reggie Garner, CEO of RiverBirch Homes. After returning from an overseas construction project, Tim assumed leadership of the Middle Tennessee division of RiverBirch Homes in 2002.

Founder — Reggie Garner
Reggie Garner has built a reputation for constructing some of the highest quality homes in the Mid South. He has done this through specialized in-house staff, competitive pricing and a wide selection of floor plans. During his career, he has garnered dozens of awards including Vesta's coveted Builder of the Year.
Bill Dryer
Memphis Division President — Bill Dryer
Bill has been involved in home building for over 25 years, with experience from the ground up. In fact, he financed his college education through various construction jobs including concrete, framing, roofing, and drywall. So it seemed only natural after graduating from the University of Baltimore in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration for Bill to take his practical education along with his degree and put it to use in the construction industry. He went to work for a local builder in the Baltimore-Metro Area for 10 years learning how to marry his practical skills with his business education. In 1986 the opportunity presented itself to partner with one of the premier builders in the Mid-South, RiverBirch Homes. Bill brought his understanding of the construction business and innovative ideas to complete the RiverBirch Team.
